The University Resident Handbook is located at www.ucmovein.com/handbook. Printed copies may be available from the UC Management Office. Prior to move-in, please read the Handbook thoroughly and sign the acknowledgment below. This sheet must be signed and submitted by or on your move-in day before you can receive your room key(s). I acknowledge and understand that at any time, UC management may modify or amend the policies, procedures and guidelines set forth in this Resident Handbook, with or without notice. I further understand that any previously issued Resident Handbook has been revised. My signature as set forth below confirms full understanding of my responsibilities and the purpose and effect of this acknowledgment.

I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to read, understand, and adhere to the policies, procedures and guidelines outlined therein. I further acknowledge that this Resident Handbook is not a strict set of rules continuing year after year, but rather consists of guidelines which are constantly evaluated by management, and that these guidelines are not intended to be a substitute for the professional judgement of the University Center management team.
